The gap between the first and second-placed team is just three points, which makes it highly competitive in terms of who will emerge victorious.

Shanghai SIPG's success has been impressive so far this season, having won all their matches thus far and scoring 17 goals while conceding only two. Their defense has also been solid, allowing just seven goals to be scored against them.

On the other hand, Guangzhou Evergrande have been performing well too, having won three out of their five games so far. They have also conceded just six goals in total, which shows that they are a strong defensive unit.
